Stairs from today onwards

Because of my failed IPPT attempt last month, I've decided to avoid taking the lift and use the stairs in lieu everytime I leave or get home until I improve on my standing broad jump. Not sure if it'll work, but I'm sure walking up and down 11 storeys (equivalent to almost 100 steps) will do something to my calfs and thighs. Hail and behold! For there will be a new fitter me!
