Christmas eve Christmas Today

Christmas Eve

Today is half day for me! Had a small party in the office after office hours and had quite a feast. There were pizzas, turkey, curry bread, red wine etc etc. After that there was also gift exchanging, I got a swarovski necklace and a candleholder. One of my male colleagues got a pink G-string panties while another male colleague got a box of condom hahaha. And the thing is only 4 guys including me took part in the gift exchange together with 10 over females and so coincidentally both of them kenna haha.

After that I went home to play xbox LOTR ROTK..was stuck at the stage escaping from the ghost cave. I always can't get Aragon out of the cave in time. Soon after I fell asleep and by the time I woke up it was time to prepare for Zouk! Took Mazi’s car there because I wanted to drink haha. We met up with Bernerd at Great World City and reached Zouk at around 8.45pm. But guess what…they claim that the $28 tickets were sold out! What the hell?! They didn’t say anything about limited tickets…they just stated it would be $28 before 9pm. But anyway we decided to go in anyway. Got our chop and went to the coffeeshop opposite to meet meiwen, meiting and nadia (correct spelling?) for dinner. Ate this HongKong Mee that sucked…more like vege beansprout mee. After dinner we went back and hanged around Phuture. Party started really late…didn’t danced till around 11+. Saw my church friend Philadel and she joined us together with her friend…her friend got me giggling on the dancefloor because he was smiling from ear to ear all the way while shaking with his 2 big front tooth jutting out.

Mazi left really early because he needed to book in camp for his guard duty the next morning. Bernerd and me partied with the girls for a longer time but left earlier than them anyway because Bernerd seemed bored haha. Wanted to go play snooker in my drunken stupor but couldn’t find any 24 hours one so we went home.

Christmas

Was forced to wake up early by my sister because we were supposed to go to a relative’s house in Marine Parade for some Christmas gathering. Saw my new nephew, he was really cute and chubby…he kept playing with my handphone the whole day…wish I could adopt him wahahaha.

After that had a small Christmas party at my own home. Got presents from my own family and Sam. Sam bought me this Harley Davidson keychain hehe thanks dar.

Today

Last day of SIP today can you believe it…but I can’t stay in the office…going out to shops again. Thailand on Monday! Anyone cares to send me off?

Bata bata bata bata bata bata

Had a long walking day at work yesterday. I wasn’t in the office…was out in town going from shops to shops to update their software. Covered shops from Tiong Bahru all the way to Plaza Singapura. Legs were so tired at the end of the day but I didn’t go home. Had arranged to meet my Mum at Raffles City because I needed her Robinson card to obtain any extra 5% discount to buy stuffs. After finally settling all the Christmas presents…I felt both happy and bad. Happy because I settled all the intended presents and bad because I missed out quite a number of people. Spent a lot of money again…I wonder if I can survive…

Will be going out to stores again today…probably further west at Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang area oh man……..

Freaking wet weekend..

Saturday

I woke up at around 10am and slacked around the computer till around 11 before leaving home to meet Sam to bring her out for lunch. We decided to go to orchard for lunch and also buy our LOTR movie ticket for the 1130pm show at Lido that night. As soon as we reached orchard it started to rain dammit. After lunch at Long John Silvers and buying our tickets, i went to meet a buyer. And guess for what...for the radio earpiece and user manual for my lost 5100 phone wahaha. Got a cool $25 for it and after that i sent Sam back to work. After that i met Bernerd to play snooker...this time i lost dammit.

It was still raining after i finished playing snooker at 5pm. Left to meet Pussy at City hall. We attended mass at the cathedral before starting our christmas shopping! Bought a hell loads of presents for others and myself too haha. Spent so much i can feel my bank account bleeding, but i'm glad that i settled most of the intended presents for friends, family and a few of my colleagues. After shopping ended at around 10.45pm for us, we were dead tired and guess what...it was still raining...dammit dammit dammit. Went to fetch Sam from her place before rushing to orchard for our show.

Walked past Cheap and Mingli as we were rushing to Lido, they were going to catch the 11.45pm Infernal Affairs. The show was great...very long and very entertaining. One part i thought was ridiculous was the ghost army. They clear the enemies so easily it makes the battle not entertaining anymore...somewhat it looks as if they are more powerful than the ring, sauron or any orcs haha. I wasn't very comfortable throughout the show because somewhat my pants still got a little wet although i did put on my raincoat...so i had an itchy butt in the cinema and was very restless wahahahha...(don't laugh). The show ended at around 3.30am and by the time i got home it was around 4+...and of course time to sleep.

Sunday

Woke up at around 12 noon plus. Met up with Sam to meet the seller of my Xbox! Before that i parked at Orchard Parade Hotel and had an accident tamade dammit knn fuck. As i wake going down slope to B1, there's this distorted drain pertruding from the ground acting something like a hump, i didn't see it...i don't remember going fast but after hitting it...my whole bike fell. Both me and sam fell off the bike...Sam had some small abrasions on her arm and i have some bruises on my fingers after they got squashed by my bike...OUCH...ehhh actually not really too bad lah. I'm glad it wasn't anything more serious and this accident did affect my riding confidence abit. I better be more careful next time...but dammit there's really something wrong with the road there..i wanted to complain to the hotel management but with my character..you can guess i can't be bothered. Anyway forget about the bad incident...i got my xbox! After getting it, it started to rain again...wassup with that?! We went to Macpherson's Jackson for lunch before heading to AMK to get another controller. After that it's time to have fun, we went home and played and played. Or should i say me, Sam got bored after awhile and went to sleep while i continued playing playing playing :)

I just woke up 1 hour ago!

I came home with packet dinner for myself..ate it and went to watch WWE Survivor's Series that i taped last night. Fell asleep on my sister's bed midway through and it was only like 8.30pm?? Was simply too tired...reached home at around 3am last night and woke up at 7am...now that's something not easy to do as all of you know.

Just finished browsing through all my friends blog and almost all of them have music implanted. It gets irritating sometimes especially when it interrupts i'm listening to my favourite mp3s on my com...it's ok when i'm in the office because i have no speakers there haha.

I woke up to find myself watching the ending of WWE Raw and went on to finish the Survivor's Series. You'll be amazed by the types of matches they have nowadays. There is the ambulance match, the buried alive match, bra and panties match etc etc. It get really hilarious sometimes especially when they trash talk. I guess i'm going back to sleep soon..can't wait to catch LOTR...anyone interested? Let's have a mass booking...sounds fun already..

Embassy Night

After work yesterday, my mum suddenly called me and told me my sis suggested on eating out today at their favorite restaurant Jack's Place. Before that Sam came to meet me in City hall because i finally found a buyer for my GD88 and was meeting him there. After that i sent her home and decided to go home first because i needed a bath and a change of clothes before clubbing later at night. I had to rush here and there like mad because i was late. I parked at the open space carpark opposite cineleisure and rush over to the Jack's Place at Wisma Atria. After dinner we walked around because my sister needed to get a $5 present for her Christmas party the next day. We hanged around taka's Watsons and bought lots of stuffs, you guys should check Watsons out. After that i left them and went to meet the rest for clubbing. Got a rude shock when i went to collect my bike, i had a parking summon for not putting parking coupon! But guess what......i did put up one! I was in a rush but i didn't forget to put my parking coupon...i threw it in between the dashboard and windshield area and that stupid damn umbrella woman must have missed it....i want to complain! But how do i go about doing this? Is it worth the trouble for the $8 summon i got?

Anyway i went on to meet them feeling pissed in between. Although it's only a small fine but i feel so framed...stupid umbrella woman. Clubbing was at Embassy...SIM bash. Reached there at around 9.20pm and went in at around 9.30pm? There was a pageant going on and it bored me. However the party began soon after and we started shaking…music was mixed and I loved the retro parts hehe. Only slept for around 4 hours…I can’t wait to go home and sleep now dammit.

Valencia's birthday

Went to collect valencia’s present from Sam’s house after work yesterday because she had left it at home and she didn’t want to go home first before meeting the rest so I was given the task. After that I headed home, had a bath, rested for awhile before leaving home to meet them at Clarke Quay. Met up with them at the reverse bungee and waited for the birthday girl and boyfriend to come. As usual they were late and we didn’t see their faces till around 8pm (We arranged to meet 7.15pm) hehe. We had all agreed earlier to force her to take the reverse bungee, she was reluctant at first but had to comply in the end. The last time I wanted to take the reverse bungee at UK funfair, I freaked out simply by looking at it, so I told myself I must take it this time and that’s what I did! Valencia is holding the VCD of our ordeal…probably she can upload it for us to watch. The ride was alright…gone in a flash…the only scary part was the suspense when you know the capsule is about to shoot up in the air…after that it wasn’t scary anymore…just like any normal ride. But that poor birthday girl was tearing up there on the ride haha.

After that we went for dinner at Hooters. Woohoo the waitresses were all skimpily dressed showing lots of cleavages and butt wahahaha. Thought that their job was pretty degrading…but who cares…they are not my girlfriends hehe. They had performances, games and fun stuff in between while we were eating. Valencia was pulled on stage a few times to take part in games and take photos etc. There was also a limbo rock session where diners are invited to challenge each other. Stupid henry pulled on up to try it together with him…and of course I couldn’t do it…but they do have a very go limbo rocker in Pinky…one of their waitress…funny name haha. Anyway I don’t recommend that you dine there, it’s freaking expensive and the food isn’t all the marvelous too…or and one Polaroid photo cost $10!

After dinner 8 of us decided to go for a spin at Mount Faber…Kheng Hong was driving and I was riding…I was supposed to lead them but Sam caused me to make a sudden turn at one point and we lost them. So Sam and me reached first and we waited for more than half an hour for them because they got lost. When they finally did arrived, we hanged around chit chatting and taking photos with my GD88 before leaving at around 12.15am.

Anyone likes the new Jason Maraz’s song “You and I both”? Thought it’s quite nice…but you can forget about getting it from Kazaa…the new songs will never turn out perfect. Wanna go Christmas shopping soon…need to buy presents…oh ya…and I’m going SIM bash at Embassy today…hope it’ll be fun….

Youngest Atlantic rider in Singapore?

Just now when i was reading papers sitting on my bike in the carpark, this uncle came over and ask me how much i bought my bike. He has been wanting to buy a new bike, he is currently riding a Piaggio Hexagon...it's really old. He was actually considering the Piaggio X9 till he saw my bike...smaller and nicer hehe...gave him the address of my bike shop and off he went.

Most of the Atlantic riders i saw or know are at least in their late twenties or older, i think i'm the youngest Atlantic rider in Singapore currently hahaha. Is this an ah pek bike? Must all youngsters go for sportsbike? Hmmm

Sam's dad birthday

It was raining after i knock off yesterday. Sam came to meet me here, we got ourselves coated and covered before moving off into the rain. We then headed to Chinatown Point because she wanted to redeem a free swensen ice-cream cake courtesy of Singtel. Surprisingly the whole cake with the cake box plus all my other stuffs fitted in the rear box and off we go. It's always a hassle keeping the wet raincoats after riding in the rain.

Ate steamboat there and was pretty bloated after that. Managed to transfer some of the photos in my GD88 to her computer because her brother had the infra red port. Will upload the pictures when she sent it to me!

Damn weather...raining again today..it started raining only after i was nearly riding off with my bike today...so i had to hurriedly put on my raincoat and stuff before moving off. And here they are in my office being dried....going to celebrate valen's birthday by having dinner later...looking forward...cheers

Carolling at Bata

Wahaha i just had carrolling here in the office...there were lots of people..people from the stores, other depts and even some from Grand Plaza Hotel. We sang White Christmas, Rudolf the red nose Reindeer and What a wonderful world....wahahaha

Got back my phone!

I bought back my Nokia 5100 yesterday! Got it for $250 only and there’s an extra original black housing too cool. Now I’m trying to find a buyer for my GD88, hope someone comes along soon.

Nothing much happened yesterday, I went home after work and Sam went shopping. Have nothing to blog about leh….i’ll see what I can do later in the day hehe.

Dead handphone..small quarrel..saddam caught

Friday

Went to fetch Sam at her house after work because we will be meeting our FYP supervisor in school today. But before that I wanted to go to my bike shop to pay my installment and also get them to fix my underseat light that wasn’t working. While I took my bag out from the bike, it accidentally dragged Sam’s bag and “thorp” it dropped on a puddle of water on the floor. She got angry I got angry tada. And to add fuel to fire, I forgot that they only accept cash for installment and so I had to come back another day since we were already late for our meeting and the nearest atm is quite far away.

When Sam stormed off home after the meeting, I went to eat dinner at Bedok 85 with Shengxian and Shawn. After dinner I headed home, as I was pretty tired myself. It had been raining the whole damn day.
But that didn’t stop me from going out. I took a bath and went to meet weijian to play lan at beach road. By time I got home it was nearly 2plus and time for me to sleep. Oh I forgot to mention something really stupid that happened to him. When I arrived at his carpark, I called his handphone and was surprised to find his line engaged. I waited awhile and then he called. Guess what happened…..he had dropped his handphone into the toilet bowl and to make things worse, it was filled with shit wahahahahahahaha! I laughed till I almost crapped myself. He thought that I had messaged to tell him that I’m downstairs, so he pulled the towel that his handphone was on top of. All of a sudden…….”thorp”….the handphone dropped in the toilet bowl. I was told bubbles appeared and he could hardly see his handphone…..wahahahahahaha again! He felt grossed to take it out immediately so he looked for sticks etc trying to dig it out. I dunno how he finally got it out but by the time he did it, it had drowned. Am I very bad to tell everyone about this? Haha but I think it’s too hilarious not to blog down for myself to read in years to come hehe.

Saturday

I woke up at around 10 plus this morning. Hanged around my computer before fetching Sam from her workplace again. We were to go to our tour agency in Chinatown to collect our air tickets and pay up. After that we went to catch Infernal Affairs 3, part 3 wasn’t all that fantastic, it was confusing and that wasn’t much action. Spent a lot of money today, bought lots of stuffs, some clothes for myself, presents for my niece/nephew and my mum. After that I sent Sam home and went to meet my sister at Paragon. She wanted to buy a new phone and I was there to accompany her. But M1 told us that our mum would have to be there if we were to redeem the handphone promotion. So our mum came down from city hall and bought my sister the handphone. She bought a Sony Ericsson T610 by the way.

My day didn’t end here. I went on to meet Bernerd to play snooker. The score was 3-2 to me hehe. After snooker I went to meet wayniest because he left his cap in my bike. My memory is failing me again, I can’t remember if we did go out after that. Did we go play lan again?

Sunday

I went to my bike shop in the afternoon and finally paid my installment and got my underseat light fixed. After that I didn’t know what to do so I went to a multistorey carpark near Sam’s house to clean my bike. I then met her to eat KFC before meeting weijian to go play lan. (Not again!) After we finished playing I had to go off because I was supposed to go Hani’s house. Since he was waiting for mingli to go dating and it was still early he tag along as I went to fetch Sam.

Found Hani’s house without many problems and had my fill of food. Then as we were leaving, the news reported something. “We caught Saddam!” What big news, I’m blogging this down to remind myself this happened this day 14th december 2003. Saddam is a coward monkey crap, he keeps telling his men to fight till the end and yet he surrendered. Ballsless…

Politics....rain rain and more rain again

Just came back from Bedok Centre. I was there to solve one shop’s computer problem. I feel so clever after solving it wahaha. Everyone in the company treats me as if I’m computer genius my head feels so big now wahaha. After solving their problem I went to Macdonalds for breakfast alone. The McPepper just taste so good…crispy bun plus tender juicy black pepper beef patty…yummy.

Those that just POP from BMT got their posting today, Weijian and Bear got Sispec Infantry while Dave got Racky Trooper…poor them…didn’t get the officer that they wanted. I guess I’m prepared to enter Sispec too.

I was discussing with a few people about politics yesterday. You guys go to google, type “miserable failure” and click on “I’m feeling lucky”…someone’s autobiography will come out. Why is Bush so hated? You guys think he wants war? Anyway those monkey craps Osama and Saddam started it. Why bomb the twin tower for? Waste money waste time…and now Osama has to be on the run when he could have sit back and relax his whole damn lifetime in luxury with his massive fortune. Saddam is another crappy man, he’s equally as rich and morever he’s powerful. Why still create trouble?

Ok enough about politics for now. I’ll talk about my yesterday. I met Cheap at around 10pm+ and was supposed to meet jackie, dave and gf at wheel lock place. As I parked at the pavement behind Borders and was walking towards BK, I saw freddy, mark, bucky and mambo girls…what a small world. We chatted till around 11.45pm before me and cheap decided to head to Sam’s house. As Sam’s father was on a cruise, I wanted to try driving his Kangoo hehe. But I couldn’t turn the ignition on no matter how I turned, there’s probably some lock or something dammit. So there, mission abandoned and we all headed home.

Was drenched yesterday as I was riding home, super heavy rain again. I got a feeling it will rain heavily again today because it’s very cloudy right now. I’ll be going to school for fyp meeting, I don’t want to be wet again…..

BBQ

Went for my niece’s birthday bbq yesterday. I have been wanting to bbq for a long time, miss the bbq chicken wings, stingrays, prawns etc hehe. The bbq was held at SMRT club, bet none of you people know where that place is. I ate chicken wings till I couldn’t swallow anymore, but actually right now as I’m typing this I’m craving for more haha. I wonder what I should buy for my family and friends this Christmas….hmmm time to yahoo auction.

Rain Rain Rain

Met up with Sam after work yesterday. We then went to Kallang because I was meeting a buyer. After that we had dinner at Old Airport Road’s market. The food was quite good and it was pretty crowded over there. Sam then decided that she wanted to go to Waterfront by the bay at Kallang to walk around. As I parked my bike, she suggested putting our helmets on the bike without locking.

After walking awhile, I didn’t feel good as I didn’t feel safe that my helmets are there for anyone to take. I’ve read a lot of cases of cheap helmets being stolen, the consequence of my helmet being stolen will be quite bad, so I decided that we should go back to put the helmet back in the box, Sam got angry of course. We then decided to go off from then on. All of a sudden without any warning, it started to rain. We quickly rushed to put on our raincoat and gears. Soon after a thunderstorm followed. It was raining so heavily I could hardly see as I ride. My visor was foggy and because of the downpour, my visibility was probably only 10 metres and so the whole journey I went really slow. I was struggling while Sam was having so much fun in the rain she went “Woohoo!” here and then haha.

This morning when I came to work, it’s raining again dammit. Hate the rain, luckily I’m not too wet today.

Training again yesterday

Went to play snooker again after work yesterday haha. Was there early as Jackie and Fred were watching a movie at marina. So I went to Cold Storage at Peace center to walk around. Bought a cleaning spray, batteries and a Kit Kat Chunky. Not long after, they finally arrived. Met them at the food court in Paradiz Center. Both me and fred had Carona chicken while Jack ate some malay economical rice. I had to wait 8 mins for my carona chicken because they didn’t have ready fried chicken wings.

After we had our fill, we went on to do what we met up to do. If I didn’t remember wrongly, I won only 2 game haha. Things were bad this night for Jack and me, we drank a lot of water and Fred gained from it. After snooker we went to drink rochor dao huei and that’s when I found out Fred is going to Bangkok at the end of this month too. He’s leaving on the 27th while I’m leaving on the 29th. The big difference between our holiday is that he’s paying $500+ for it while I’m paying only $375 haha. It’s either he got his carrot head chopped or I found a good deal.

Feeling so sleepy and tired now. Going out with Sam later..hope the day ends well woohoo!

Weekend

Friday

Went home after work last Friday. Nothing much to talk about.

Saturday

Woke up at 9.30am because I was supposed to meet a phone buyer at 10am at Yio Chu Kang Stadium. As I was meeting my buyer, I met Derrick, my former secondary classmate. He was on his way to the gym and since I had planned to go jogging after selling my phone, I decided I should join him in the gym. I paid $2.50 for entry and $1 for a towel that was necessary. I headed for the thread mill first. It’s the first time I’m using one of these, I’m suarku I know. I had planned to jog 2.4km but after 2.1km I couldn’t take it anymore. I was panting like mad, and as I stepped off the thread mill I started to get dizzy. Derrick told me the air in the gym is thin so he accompanied me out of the gym to the balcony to catch my breath. After awhile we went back in and I tried some weights, my arms started to ache after awhile haha. So I decided I didn’t want to stay anymore so we left together and headed to KFC in Ang Mo Kio for lunch. After lunch we both headed home.

I slept throughout half the rest of the afternoon and went to meet Sam after her work. We first headed for Orchard because I was supposed to meet another buyer of my phone. We walked around and couldn’t compromise on what to eat for dinner. I wanted to eat Yakitori lunchbox but she wanted crystal jade. But finally we ended up eating Yakitori lunchbox haha.

After selling my phone and eating dinner, we went to Toa Payoh to watch brother bear. It's a touching, funny, inspiring cartoon…after all it's a Disney cartoon. After the movie I sent Sam home, and while at her carpark, she realized that her dad’s van wasn’t parked there so she called them. She found out that they were at a cousin's house warming in Jalan Kayu, so I sent her there.

Guess what the highlight of my night, I saw a shooting star! For the first time in my life! I was lying on my bike while Sam was making the call behind me. I was staring at the sky when suddenly this bright light appeared. At first I thought that it was an airplane, but all of a sudden, the light flew across the sky in a flash, it's a shooting star! The whole event lasted less than a sec, I quickly told Sam about it since she was only behind me in the pillion seat but she told me she didn't see it. I quickly made a wish, a wish I won’t reveal or it might not come true!

Sometimes I cannot but have to believe in fate. For example this night, if Sam didn't realize that her family wasn't at home, then I wouldn't be lying there on my bike staring at the sky and I wouldn't have seen the shooting star. This is not the only occurrence that makes me believe that sometimes its fate that decides everything in life. How about the guy that was riding his motorbike on the road when at that point and at that time when he was passing, a tree fell on him and his bike? What if he had dilly dally for just 1 minute at his carpark before moving off? Then he would have missed the tree by one minute! Anyone here believes in fate too?

Sunday

Went for mass as usual in the morning with Puss and ate lunch with him. After that we went on to find a pirate in the area because he needed games for his new computer. The old stores that were around closed down, but we still managed to find and so he bought his games. After lunch I went to meet Sam. We went to watch another movie, Duplex. Its a stupid show with a dumb storyline, the whole show made little sense and I didn’t really enjoy it at all. If you guys haven caught it yet, please don’t bother. But I did catch Scary Movie 3’s trailer before the movie and it’s a must catch! It sure looked darn funny, who cares if it’s RA? Must watch!

Anyway did you guys watch David Blaine Vertigo? He is such an amazing magician. He made my jaw drop and my eyes wide open. There was one trick where he took a picnic goer's empty beer can, rub it once and it became a brand new sealed can filled with real beer. There was even the pop sound of a sealed can opening when he opened it. The picnic goer then tasted the “new” can of beer with a bewildered face, laughing and amazed at the same time. In another trick, he somehow made this passerby's watch appear in a shop's display behind a glass window without her knowing. After that he took a newspaper, put it against the glass window; extend his hands through the newspaper and glass window and took out the watch. Wow.

Friday!!

Went to play snooker after work yesterday, ended work at 5.30pm and was supposed to meet them at 6pm, but i expected them to be late so i stayed at my carpark to meddle with the handlebar hehe.

This week at Bata, 2 IT managers from India is here to learn more about our POS system. I love it when they are here because lunch is always free when these guests are around. And we will eat pretty nice food too. But my 2 colleagues always choose Sakura or Magic Wok, boring. The food is nice however and morever it's free so i shouldn't complain. One bad thing when these monkey craps are here is that they will be in the same room as me and i can't surf net and chit chat freely without having to hide. Here in my blog i call them monkey craps, but in my logbook i have to go "These IT managers are nice people and i love to have them around. I get to learn a lot of things from them and getting to know about their country and culture from them is simply amazing".

Will spend my day reformatting another of my colleague's computer. Shall get back to work.

My 1st RA film hehe

Was late again today damn, woke up at 7.50am. Decided to use CTE because I didn’t want to be too late, so I spent $2.50 on ERP and arrived reach the office at 8.20am, luckily not too late.

Slept at 12.30am last night, went to catch Texas Chainsaw Massacre with Puss at Lido. And yes..it’s an RA film, my first ever! Nobody bothers to check hehe. I must say there were indeed a few heart-pounding scenes in the movie but it was overall only an “okay” movie, unrealistic at some point.

The chainsaw psycho could have finished off the lead actress at some point but it’s always so heng that he trips or the engine of the chainsaw dies. It could have also ended early if she had been smart enough to pick up the chainsaw when the psycho dropped it and he was distracted by her friend, instead she just pounced on him beating him with her bare hands or run around screaming, not like that helps. Killing was gruesome and sometimes you feel for the victim, you will freak out imagining his/her pain This chainsaw psycho is not the only psycho in the whole town, the whole family is involved. Papa acted as a sheriff pretending to help the 5 friends in need because this hitchhiker had shot herself in their van (The aftermath of the shot was gross, can see her brain etc all blown up). A small boy, also part of the family initially led them to the “killing house” but in the end helped the lead actress escape. The sister, mummy etc etc are all also psychos but didn’t do anything much. Don’t think I should tell you guys the ending, in case some of you decide to watch it.

Before the movie, went to walk around orchard with puss intending to get a new water bottle. There are indeed some very nice designs out there but the price isn’t too appealing, so I’m still scouting around for one. Puss then went to Kinokuniya to buy books. While there, I saw my colleague, she just knocked off and was there to buy books to prepare for a presentation tomorrow….poor thing.

Last night, the handling of my bike feels weird, like the handle bar is not straight or not stable. Not sure if I should bring it to the shop again..sigh. But I don’t really trust my bike shop nowadays, I feel they I’m a carrot head to them and they just love to chop me. I shall not go back to them anymore hehe.

Must think of ways to pass my day now.

Wednesday

Was watching the SARS show on channel 8 9pm yesterday, they re-enact the SARS period what those health workers, victims and normal people do. They kind of exaggerated though, throughout the whole crisis period, I had never put on a mask at all before. Although there was temperature taking all around and my aunt cooked this “anti-SARS” soup for me once, it was just like any other day to me hehe. Maybe I’m lucky maybe I’m bo chup, glad the epidemic is controlled.

After that i caught never been kissed yesterday but feel asleep watching it halfway. Its a nice show that i have watched before a few years ago.

Did nothing much yesterday, spent the whole day in the office formatting my colleague's computer. A lot of shit to do after formatting, install softwares, drivers, network etc etc.

That day when i went to Plaza Singapura with Sam, this girl from the bike forum saw me and her and asked if it was me, to think i never even see her before and she had never seen me before except for my pictures on the blog! Haha Singapore is indeed small. Anyway she's an aspiring Vespa rider that seeked my advice the other time haha.

My colleague told me yesterday that if i work longer in Bata i'll take over Mr Phua (My IT manager) wahahaha, what nonsense. Have a new section to add to my POS user guide this week, going to have work to do woohoo!

1st Dec 2003? Damn i really ran out of titles for my posts

I forgot to mention something that I did last Saturday, I want to jot it down so I can read back what I did this day years down the road, this is my public diary hehe.

After I lost my hp, me and weijian went to Changi Airport. We wanted to go there see aeroplanes and walk around (it can be quite fun you know). The journey there was pretty long, my hands ache pulling the throttle for so long. I parked at T2’s carpark and it’s amazing that there were still so many bikes at the carpark at that time (2-3am?). T2 was quite dead, no movement of aeroplanes and not many people. So we decided to walk the long stretch of road to T1, we took turn to push each other on a trolley that was left idling there. T1 had more activities going on at that time as most international flights are based there. After seeing enough aeroplanes and having enough fun, we wanted to take the Skytrain back to T2 but service has stopped (1.40am for those that don’t know), we then walked back that same stretch of long road and headed home.

Yesterday

I bought a new phone, it’s the same motorola v60I that I had used before. Got it for $180, considered cheap liao since it’s brand new (She won it from some lucky draw). The plastic protector is still around the phone, I don’t want to take them off yet, might consider selling it soon hehe. I like my old phone a lot, I miss the torchlight, the loud alarm, the durable surface, the easy messaging, the fm radio and the flip I used to play with underneath. Sigh……

Met Sam after work yesterday after meeting the seller of the v60I. We then went to PS to get my new sim card, this time transaction was smooth. It’s the first time I had parked in PS and I must say it’s quite convenient, the carpark leads straight to the mall. After that we went to far east plaza because Sam wanted to collect her ic photos. But to her horror, the place was closed. We decided that we should have dinner upstairs, I had claypot hokkien mee while she had claypot yi mee. Both our food kinda suck, we didn’t enjoy it because it was too hot and it wasn’t too nice.

Movie was supposed to be next on our itinerary but decided against it because there wasn’t a nice show to watch and we were both tired. Anyway I had wanted to watch brother bear while she had wanted to watch Duplex. As usual our frequency wasn’t the same and the result is quite obvious.

I sent her back, went to meet Dom to return his ic and went home after that. I miss not having my radio with me when I’m in the office, I miss not having my water bottle too (oh I lost it too), now I’m taking mineral water from the office’s fridge everyday but supply is running out soon. Meiwen, weilun can get another one? Hehe

Add on

Did you read the BK’s ad on today’s TODAY? “Free mini CD & handphone with any upsized BK value meal”. How ironic.

Oh ya I forgot to mention something about yesterday. As I parked my bike along the pavement behind PS and went to meet puss, I left my keys on the bike! I only realised after me and puss went back to the bike wanting to go to expo! Damn why am I so forgetful nowadays?!

What a freaky weekend!!

Friday night

Shengxian, Valencia, Laijin, Shawn and Sam came to my house for FYP discussion. Most of them were late and we managed to start at only around 9. We ordered KFC for dinner and after discussion and dinner, we all left. They were on their way home and I was on my way to meet Bernerd to play snooker. This is the first time I played since more than a month ago and I haven’t lost my touch yet hehe. Went for supper at Punngol Nasi Lemak Coffeeshop again and didn’t reach home till around 4am. What a long night.

Saturday

Woke at in the afternoon at around 3pm. Waited at home for Sam coz she was supposed to accompany me to my cousin’s 21st birthday. But she was out with mingli and xiaowen. I waited till 6+ and was so bored I decided to go to Lim Ah Boy to buy some apparels. I bought a bike cover and a pair of gloves hehe. The bike cover is so huge I wonder where I’m going to stuff it when it gets wet.

Ok so I met up with Sam at around 8+ and reached my cousin’s party at East Coast Costa Sands at around 9. All the bikes at the carpark there were beautiful I must say. Wonder why all of them were there. Had dinner there but didn’t eat much even though I didn’t had anything to eat since I woke up at 3pm coz the food weren’t really my cup of tea. We played mahjong awhile with my cousins and left there at around 10.30pm. I sent Sam home and went on to meet Weijian to play lan and have supper hehe.

Ok here’s the climax of the weekend that really spoilt it. While having Burger King at beach road, I took out my handphone to reply pussy’s msg. Since I was eating my burger, I put it down on the table after replying my msg. Chatting chatting chatting we finished our meal. We stood up and went to play lan for around one hour. After finishing lan I realised I didn’t have my handphone with me!! Used weijian’s phone to call but it was all too late, someone has off the phone. Dammit, one of the worst thing that can happen to anyone just happened to me. It can really be a hassle losing one’s handphone and my heart aches knowing I have to spend again! We thought and thought and finally concluded that I had left my phone at BK. Went back to ask and the manager was blasting some techno, this BK outlet has become Canto. Anyway she acted blur when I asked, walked around the outlet awhile and said she didn’t find it. Before that she was flirting with these 3 Indian cleaners, how weird, she’s chinese. Ok anyway I’m quite convinced one of the staffs took it since we were the last customers leaving the outlet that night. Reached home at around 3+ I guess and called Starhub to suspend my line. F*cking BK, I’m going to boycott it for awhile.

Sunday

Met up with pussy at Plaza Singapura. He wanted to give me his old V60 but the antenna was spoilt so we were there at Motorola Service Center. We were quoted $86.60 to change the thing. I don’t think it’s worth since the phone is already quite old.

After that, I decided that I wanted to go Starhub to replace my lost sim card. I rode my bike wanting to go to Cuppage Plaza. So I parked at this open area carpark opposite Centrepoint. The carpark was slightly jam and this proved to be a blessing in disguise. I realised that all the bike lots were occupied and decided that I should park at the double yellow line. But as I was packing up to leave, HDB umbrella woman appeared behind me! Woah! What a time to appear! I quickly got back on my bike pretending I was waiting for someone to leave. And that very moment, an angel appeared. I didn’t have any parking coupon with me and I wanted to buy one from him. He had one and gave it to me FOC. What a nice guy. So I took his lot and put my coupon. Safe at last.
No this is not the last. When we walked to Cuppage, we were told by the security guard that Starhub has shifted to Plaza Singapura! WTF?! We just came from there! So fine nvm, thinking that I escaped an expensive summon, I happily decided to walk back to PS. While walking, me and pussy’s imagination ran wild. We thought of all the possibilities of what might have happened if we knew Starhub was at PS, umbrella woman didn’t appear at that moment, the biker didn’t want to leave at that time, and there wasn’t a slight jam at the carpark. Is this kharma or is this fate?

So we reached PS’s Starhub service centre. My line is under my mum’s name and I was told that I need to write an authorisation letter to get my sim card. So I asked the counter for a blank piece of paper and wrote our authorisation letter there. I forged my mum’s signature and tadah, an authorisation letter. But at the counter, this stupid himbo told me the letter wasn’t formal enough and I needed my mum’s ic to collect the sim card on her behalf. Shit them, whats wrong with them, if I can come out with my house’s address, phone number, mum’s ic number etc accurately of course I know my mum right. Now I can’t get back my number today. Argh…come to think of it, I will lose all my contacts. So people if you don't mind you can leave your handphone number here in the comments so I can store them?

At around 3 – 4, me and puss went to Sitex 2003 at Expo, pussy wanted to get a new computer. We reached there at around 4.30pm, the carpark was super jam, you could see the queue on the main road waiting to enter the carpark. But afterall I’m a bike, I’m minimally affected. There were lots of bikes there (many nice ones too), but I didn’t had much trouble finding a place to park. I sat on a Honda Goldwing parked there because I wanted to see how it feels, it was super duper huge and damn comfortable of course. The bike has a mainstand which was amazing considering the weight, I wonder how the rider puts it up on its mainstand or get it down.
Ok so we entered the exhibition, it was packed but quite ok. There were sexy babes at some booths wearing skimpy clothings and showing lots of skin and cleavage….woah. New strategy of IT companies to attract customers, don’t really appeal to me though. At least I won’t buy something just because they show me some cleavage. What’s the big deal about cleavages anyway, there are more than 1 billion of them everywhere in the world hahaha. I really wonder why men are fasinated by them, ok I’m a man too, I’m fasinated too but I don’t know why wahahaha.

Okok how come I’m always going off topic. Puss walked around and decided on this model that was value for money. Called his friends, mother, sister and discussed with them. They decided it was ok and the sister decided that she wanted to come down to pay for the computer using her credit card so that she could accumulate points. They reached at around 6.30pm. We were both famished by then but looking at the queue to buy BK (BK?!), we decided against buying. So they entered the exhibition hall and went straight to the booth with the computer pussy wanted, they bargained and bargained wanting to get a free speaker. The store refused and they debated and debated, both side wouldn’t budge so we walked off. They went to other booths but couldn’t find a better offer. By this time, the queue at BK has shorten and we decided we should sit down and eat something. (Ok I have no choice, there’s only BK and orange julius at Expo, of course eat BK lah!)

After eating we went back to the same booth. They decided they wanted to buy that model but wanted to bargain somemore since it’s the last day and the exhibition will be closing soon. They continued doing it for another half an hour I guess but they still wouldn’t budge. So pussy and family finally gave it, in the end they got nothing free except for 3 mousepads….wahahaha. It was already 9.15pm by then, although the exhibition has closed, it wasn’t over for us. There was a lucky draw going on and the queue was freaking long! Anyway puss decided he didn’t want to give up his lucky draw so he queued. Took about half an hour in all I guess. We left at around 9.45 and I reached home at around 10.30. What a long night again. Watched abit of Chelsea vs Manu and fell asleep with the score 1-0 to Chelsea. (I still don’t know the final score while typing this.)

I woke up at 7.45am this morning and I’m supposed to start work at 8am! Oh no! This will be the first time I’ll be late for work. I arrived at 8.30am, luckily didn’t get a scolding or what. My colleagues were just worried since I had never been late before and they couldn’t get me on my handphone. I paid $1.50 for my ERP today instead of the usual $0.25. The punishment for waking up late…………………bad bad weekend + Monday morning…sob.

Friday

Do you people know that BMW is the acronyms for bayerische motoren werke AG? Gee I didn’t know that, I didn’t even thought of what it might stand for, it’s so chim I doubt anyone of you will remember though.

Like I blogged, I went to Sembawang Shopping centre yesterday to help set up the computer because it’s a new store opening. When I arrived, it was already 5pm, but then those doing the computer counter didn’t do it correctly and the monitor didn’t fit in. They cut, they drill, they saw etc etc for for around 1.5 hours and I couldn’t set up the computer till around 6.30pm. The wires were short and the sockets were so inside I had a hard time stretching to connect. I got myself into a dirty state and the damn computer couldn’t connect to the Internet. I called my colleague in the office and surprisingly and fortunately she was still in the office. At the end of day it still can’t work and I’m went down with her again later today to do it since they have to open the new store today. By the time I finished it was already 7.15pm. I was supposed to collect my bike but it was already so late, I called them and they told me to go down today instead. So I took the bus and MRT again this morning. The repair for the seat will cost me $60, luckily it’s nothing much, so relieved.

I just came back from Sembawang. Left office at around 8.30am for Compasspoint then took 3 buses to Sembawang Shopping Centre. The problem was with the telephone wire, it’s spoilt..tamade. We then took one direct bus back to cityhall..the bus journey was 1 hour…backside pain.

Came back in time for lunch. Didn’t want to eat because I had Macdonalds breakfast in the morning while waiting for the Compasspoint branch to open, but Peninsula’s store manager wanted to treat us again. During my time here, he treated me a total of 3 times already..feeling so paiseh. He’s always so generous and he will always order chunks of food. Had so much today I’m feeling so bloated now.

My FYP group’s coming to my place for discussion today and I didn’t know it till just now. Ok nevermind it’s fine with me. Will be collecting my bike later, my sister already know about my bike, probably I will offer her a lift one of these days. Recently there’s so many shows and news on bike accidents, morever my cousin’s side malay nephews all had accidents with their bikes, so I guess now is not the right time to tell my mummy hehe.

Thursday

I went to my bike shop yesterday to collect my friend’s ic and also my bike’s insurance. I also left my bike with them to fix my cushion, I wonder how much they will charge me this time sob…

So I came to work this morning on bus and mrt. Haven’t caught those old “friends” of mine on the train, saw some familiar faces but of course I didn’t say hi. So here I am, back to when I have to squeeze around with the rest hoping I can enter the train,
stand around hoping I can find a seat and remembering to scan my ez link card when I alight from the bus. Hate doing all these, but if I have a direct bus that can take me from my home to my workplace in time and have no lack of seats for me choose, I will gladly take a bus to work. I can sit down whichever way I like and either take a nap or enjoy tv mobile…now that’s comfort on a public transport. Will get my bike back on Friday…looking forward.

I lost my water bottle, not sure where it went to, I think sam misplaced it…now I come to work everyday without water…thirsty lah. Don’t drink tea or coffee or hot water so I seldom go to the office’s pantry.

Bata is opening a new branch in Sembawang Shopping Centre, if I’m not wrong, that is just beside Singapore Satay Club? So I might be going there today to do setting up. Other than that, yet another boring day with nothing to do.

Wednesday

I did almost nothing yesterday..woke up at 12 noon, ate my lunch and went back to lie down on my bed...haha. But guess what i did do something really stupid, i went to d.i.y cut my bike's cushion seat to make it lower...now although it's much more managable, it's uncomfortable...sob sob...

Should be going down to the bike shop to ask them how much it will cost me to replace the cushion..what a stupid thing i did..now i'm sure i have to spend more money..why didn't i just spend $50 and let the shop do it...now i have to spend probably $100-$300 to replace the cushion..so not worth it..dammit.

Eve of Hari Raya Puasa 2003

Went out with weijian aka cheap yesterday. We went to queensway shopping center before going to beach road to play lan again hehe. After that i bought fish ball noodles for sam and brother from lavender food square before going back. Nothing interesting I will say hehe.

Cheap is the only lucky one that I know who have a long weekend this week, the rest have to book in yesterday and book out today..what a waste of time and money. Oh anyway cheap is going dating again today, looks like his chances are quite good hee.

Called my bike shop just now, they quoted me a price of less than $300 for a repair of my bike. Dammit a few falls cost me $300..heart pain. But if I don’t get it touched up I feel uncomfortable inside knowing that my bike is not so perfect I don’t know why..so I guess I’ll just spend that money. An expensive lesson for me but at least I’ll be more careful next time and I never got injured in any incident thank God. They told me everything will be done in 7 days so I guess I’ll be bikeless for 1 week soon.

Will be meeting Jackie, Odette, Ivory, Horse for dinner later, Sam might be coming along (She’s giving excuse not to go course she’s sick). May my eve of a public holiday be a fulfilling, happy and faultless one..cheers!

Weekenddd

Went home after work on Friday and i rested till around night before i met up these 2 guys from the forum. One was riding a Piaggio X9 Evolution and the other a red Aprilia Atlantic, same as me. They were really nice..they came all the way to Ang Mo Kio when i asked them for help. I suspected that my handlebars were not aligned with my wheels after i dropped it the last time and my bike shop told me my suspension fork might be bent and wanted to charge me around $120 for servicing. I didn't believe of course and morever i have to leave my bike with them for around 1 week to service it NO WAY. As for the scratches on the bike they told me they can do touching up for me but of course i didn't want them to do it..don't want to spend more money. I was told i can use Tamiya paint and do some touching up...might try it soon.

Oh anyway both of them helped me out for nearly 1 hour. They screwed out these and that to see what's wrong and adjusted abit. But after adjustment it still didn't feel right, they told me that my handlebar might be bent and recommended a mechanic in amk to go to. But so far i have no problem riding and i think i'll skip the servicing for now. While dismantling halfway they needed a spanner but we all didn't have one..as i lived the nearest of course i went home to get it. They were really thoughtful and the atlantic guy gave me a lift to my block..(we were at the multi storey carpark opposite my estate..so it's quite far). This is the 1st time i'm being pillioned on an Atlantic and the 2nd time i've ever been pillioned in my life. I have to admit i don't really like being pillioned, i don't have control of the bike and i don't feel good haha. Now i understand how you pillions feel...but i guess once you get used to the rider and being pillioned..it'll be ok, just like Sam...she fell asleep on my bike once. They left at around 10.30pm as they were supposed to meet some others at ermmm 10.30pm. They all planned to go to JB to eat and also pump petrol. Might be meeting them again because they offered to help me out with my I.U unit..(it's currently under my seat).

Oh ya they told me not to travel above 70km/h until i clocked 1500km on my mileage and not above 80km/h until i clocked 2000km. Once i reached 3000km i can go any speed i like..this is called a run in of the engine and it supposingly can make my engine perform better in the future. I'll heed their advice so now i'll stick to the left lane of the expressway!

After they left i made my way to Punggol Nasi Lemak Coffeeshop at Hougang South to meet Jackie, Odette and Bernerd. We all went there feeling full, so we all had a drink first. I parked my bike by the side of the road and after awhile, the police came and of course i had to flee, i hope they didn't take down my license plate number. I then parked at some carpark at the back where Jackie parked his car too. We continued having our drink and chit chatting until it rained! We expected it to be a passing shower but NO!, it was a cumulomnimbus cloud and it continued to rain and rain! We then decided to eat, so we tried the AMK house of noodles, minced pork noodles...it was delicious..very much like the one in AMK S11. Had our fill but it was still drizzling..we decided not to wait and left. But of course all of them had cars and i'm the only one without any shelter for my journey home. Got home late and had to turn in early because there's school tomorrow!

On Sat, went to school. After that went to Changi village because Sam wanted to eat the Nasi Lemak there. We went to the red house in Pasir Ris because she wanted to see it...it was eerie...there were offerings placed at the front of the gate. We didn't want to look longer and left.

At night we went for Havana Night, tickets courtesy of Phillip Morris. Their dances were great...sexy bodies were flying all around. The guys were freaking strong as they threw the girls around as if they were only 1kg. I ate my Quarter Pounder inside as i didn't have time for dinner before the concert and was feeling really hungry. Hope the rest of them didn't smell my burger hehe. After the concert we all left, Sam went home with her brother and so i'm left to leave alone. Anyway we had arranged to play mahjong at jackie's house, i picked pussy up at Paya Lebar MRT and went there. Horsey was late as usual and we didn't start playing until 12 midnight. Ended at around 3am and i lost $2, Pussy Han lost the most and Horsey won the most. We then decided to go to Bedok 85 for supper...supper was courtesy of Horsey having won our money...had the yummy soup minced pork noodles and yet another night i'm going to sleep with a full stomach, don't be surprised if you see a ballooned me next time.

Had nothing on today..Sam went to the Bird park with her family and i'm left at home alone. Shall start planning now...blog again tomorrow.

It's friday!

While arriving at the carpark today, for the 1st time in 5 months i saw the owner of the Piaggio X9 Evolution always parked at the same carpark. He was a balding old man and he's really friendly. He came up to chat with me..asking me how much i bought mine..what engine i using etc etc. He also asked me why i have wires tangling from my bike..thinking it was some radio thing when it was actually my ERP I.U unit. He told me it can be quite dangerous with wires dangling like that and tell me to get the mechanics to do something soon..i understand. I also found out that he has all 3 classes license of riding...he told me that he used to owned 500cc, 250cc bikes but since he's already old he don't need something so powerful. He works in the same building as me and i think i'll see him around more often.

Went jogging with Sam at upper Pierce Reservoir yesterday. Nice quiet surroundings with no lack of fresh air. But that girl got tired after jogging awhile.....so lousy....HEHE...

Going back to school tomorrow. Hope today pass soon....

SOBBBBBB

Today will be one of the moodiest day of my year. While i released my bike from it's mainstand in the carpark this afternoon...i never hold properly and the bike dropped! KNNNNNNNNNN......damn pissed off...now the bike has quite jialat scratches..the "I" and "C" from the atlantic fell off but i superglued it back...pissed off with myself...shit man..why did i do that...ARGHHHHH

I'm at home WOOHOO!

Went CMPB to submit some edocument shit..this is the 4th time i've been there already...those inefficient morons...why can't they just settle it at one go chop chop? Anyway it's ok...i settled everything within half an hour today and i came home first of course! Going back to office later after lunch....the day will be easier and shorter to pass of course. I just cooked myself a packet of maggi mee (actually myojo mee) and nuggets and i just finished them. I has been months since i ate maggi mee can you believe it.

Don't know what to do now..1 more hour to go before i shall go back to office. Nothing much to blog about today. I'm contemplating if i should DIY cut the cushion of my bike to lower to seat...haii...wait spoil i'll cry...

My tuesday

Working as usual....with nothing better to do. I went to clean my baby during lunch just now and guess what! I notice a few minor scratches by the side! Damn pissed off..who is the bastard that anyhow park scratching my bike in the process...i'm gonna to whack him up...although the scratches are really small i still don't feel good. After all i spent my fortune on it..i feel as if my bike has been molested HAHA.

Yesterday i went to my bike shop to install an I.U unit for $152...they told me there's no where to put the I.U on the bike so i have to temporarily put it under the seat. Anyway might as well since it's more pleasing to the eye without an I.U and my cashcard won't be stolen this way if i forgot to take it out. But the bad thing is everytime i go pass an ERP station i have the take the I.U out because the station might not be able to detect the I.U and i'll get a summon as a result. There's a grotesque stain on my handlebar and i asked the bike shop to change it for me. But they told me i can go down only on thursday since that's when the new stocks arrive. I saw a petite Malay girl riding a new Kawasaki KRR Kips yesterday...and guess what..apparently it's Sham's cousin. What a small world.

That night at the private estate opposite my house where i always park my bike, a couple on the same Red Aprilia Atlantic rode past my parked bike. Anyway i seem to bum into Mazi's younger brother Jack all the time...he seem to go home and go out at the same time with me all the time..i don't know whats up with that haha. They seem to be going for a spin around..at least they don't seem they're there for a reason. I look at them..they look at me...both of us seem shocked that we have exactly the same bike and exactly the same colour too hehe. His bike is FX too..seems like he got it not long ago too..will want to meet up with a few other atlantic owners to chit chat one day hehe. They can teach me a trick or two on how to maintain it and at the lowest cost too!

Shall continuing stoning now..will update my blog when i feel like it.

Hey some more new pictures of me my friends and my new baby!

Fellow bike lover

Found a fellow bike lover's blog...boy does he own alot of bikes over the years..check it out..

HERE

Be really careful at Bangkok

While talking to my colleagues during lunchtime, my colleagues warned me about Bangkok. Especially Sam, Meiwen, Meiting and Carrie read carefully hehe. Apparently more than 10 years ago, my colleague’s uncle’s colleague’s brother went Bangkok for honeymoon together with his wife. They hailed a cab and the wife boarded first, before the guy even boarded the taxi sped off and apparently his wife was never ever seen again. My colleagues told me that his wife was really pretty and kidnapping was not uncommon in Bangkok/Phuket etc. So you guys better board any cab/tutu etc first..preferbly holding the hands of your love one. If not you might be the one being kidnapped and forced to sell backside for the rest of your days! EEEK!

Anyway if this really happens during our trip to Thailand, I’ve come out with a few solutions to it.

1. Bite that damn taxi driver’s ears and poke his eyes. Never mind about the crash..better get injured then sell your body for the rest of your life.
2. Bring along some insect repellent or insecticide and spray it onto his eyes.
3. If all else fail…JUMP CAR!

Anyway with Laijin around during the trip nothing will go wrong since he’s the incredible BAO of our class. And I’ll pack a parang, a chopper, a fruit knife and an army swissknife in my luggage…..HAHA..fear not ladies!

Long weekend

I suspect that this will be a long post from me because I certainly had a long long weekend…a lot of things happened and I’ll try to put them down in words from what I can remember.

On Friday, I handed over my Phantom to it’s new owner after work. He came to City Hall to collect it afterwhich I went to meet Puss. We took a bus down to orchard and alighted at the bus stop beside Taka. We walked for quite awhile before we finally compromised on where to have dinner…Crystal Jade noodle house…that stupid puss ordered so much food I got so bloated. And the worst thing is that the different dishes he ordered all had the same pork filling in them…crap. After dinner we went shopping, I was looking for my mum’s birthday present and he wanted to buy a wallet. He finally settled for a Braun Buffel wallet and I settled for a $55 pillow instead of the $240 Tempur pillow I initially wanted to buy. Present finally settled!

On Saturday, I woke up at around 12 noon and went to watch the past few episodes of Holland V that I missed. Halfway through, my family finally decided we should go to Jack’s place for lunch to celebrate my mum’s birthday. So I didn’t managed to finish watching my Holland V and had to go prepare. Midway through lunch I got a call from Dom that I can collect my new bike! But I had to find a guarantor first before I can go collect my new bike, I got my cousin which he readily agreed! I went with sam and met him at Paya Lebar where he drove us to the shop. It was raining but fortunately it wasn’t heavy. We settled everything and I got my bike…the seat is quite high but it’s lighter and much easier to handle than the Phantom. My pillions complained that the seat is too high and they feel insecure. But I think it’s more fun since you can see further and the air up there is always fresher! The one problem I’m having with the bike now is that there’s no I.U unit! Now I can’t go through any ERP station and not get summoned! And you people know I have to pass by at least 1 ERP station everyday to come to work! I called the bike shop and I was told I have to pay $152 to install one and it can be done earliest by Monday…dammit man…more money to be spent.

Anyway I fetched Sam to Suntec where she was going to meet xiaowen and mingli to celebrate the latter’s birthday. Weijian met me there at Suntec too and we went Beach road to play lan. After that we went for a spin and we ended up in Marina South. Later on I went Jalan Kayu to meet Clarence and friends for supper. They didn’t believe I changed my bike and even came prepared with a camera wanting to take me riding the phantom…(something they find hilarious)..HAHA. Anyway here’s a few pictures of my new Aprilia! Pictures ain taken too carefully so bear with it!

Sunday, 16th november 2003….one of the most unlucky day of my year. Ok the Sunday started normally, I went for mass with Puss afterwhich we had lunch with Dom, Dot and Fabien. After lunch I headed for Sengkang to my cousin’s house for her baby’s MAN YUE (1st month?). Guess what…my sister found out that I got my motorbike license. She asked me while I was eating along the corridor. She didn’t scold me or anything, she just told me that by now I should know whether it’s dangerous riding a bike. She told me that while at A&E, this biker came to the hospital clutching his groin and his testical dangling. Apparently he got hit by a truck..he was a malaysian. I’m not trying to generalise but I think those malaysian bikers are really reckless. They squeeze through cars like nobody’s business and they seem to always speed on the expressway. Yesterday I witnessed 2 bikers riding freaking dangerously on CTE…the traffic was relatively heavy and they zoomed between cars at ridiculous speed. One of the bike even had a pillion…crazy people…don’t they even treasure their lifes? At that speed…one wrong move and they’re gone. Anyway they are not malaysians HEHE. I guess it’s anytime soon that my family will find out about my bike, my cousin told me that my sister and kok bin suspected. I’ve been trying to hint…leaving bike pictures on my computer desktop and leaving my bike magazine around. I just hope they won’t object violently to it and will eventually accept it?

After leaving my cousin’s place, I went to fetch Sam up from her workplace Borneo Motors. We then went to Geylang to eat her Turtle soup…one small bowl costed a whooping $10, it’s already the cheapest. After dinner we got Nicole her favourite chicken rice and sent it to her place. Her parents weren’t at home and Sam wanted to accompany her because she thinks it’ll lonely for her. I didn’t think so since her maid and grandpa are at home. Anyway I persuaded her to accompany me to Regina…this bike store near Lim Ah Boy. She wanted me to install this backseat cushion to make it more comfortable for her. It costed me $37..$40 actually but I didn’t have enough cash and they didn’t accept NETS. After installing it we went back to nicole’s place and stayed there for awhile. I had a bath and that’s one of the worse mistake this night. We left after awhile as we were both tired. I sent Sam home and went to AMK to pump petrol. After filling up the tank I realised that I didn’t have my wallet with me! I left it in Nicole’s bathroom! So guess what happened next..obviously I panicked..no money to pay..i called the one living nearest to the koisk…Fabien..he didn’t pick up his call. I had no choice..i told the cashier and filled up an I.O.U..travelled all the way back to paya lebar and back to settle the payment…dammit..what bad luck. I definitely spent more than $100 this weekend alone..feel so sad. Going to start saving now….

Friday

Ate at this muslim stall yesterday, the food wasn’t bad..in fact it’s quite nice…expensive though…it was $15 each. After that we wanted to catch wishing stairs at Lido but they didn’t have it so we went to Cineleisure. Got our tickets for the 9.40pm show and boy what a show. The show has many shock scenes and can make u jump out of your seat. The show combines horror (Ghost of course), thriller (killer) and disgust (the part when the girl’s toe bleed…the sound was disgusting. And also the part when the fat woman fell on her own vomit…yucks). I guess it’s worth the money…it’s capable of making your imaginations go wild but not to the extend of giving you nightmares..catch it if you’re into such shows. The show ended at around 11.30 and we all headed home.

Talking about today, I’m left with only $4 for lunch today..hope it’s enough..spent too much yesterday…shit. Going to part with my Phantom this evening…the new owner is coming to collect it here after my work. I hope I can collect my bike by tomorrow…

Thursday

Guess what happened today..this ang mor from Bata Toronto gave everyone in the office including me 2 rambutans each. Ang mor give ang mor tan......haha..is that a racist comment? Opps?

Going for Hani's birthday later...meeting them at far east...i think i'll be going home first...want to change and bathe and slack awhile first. So far the buyer of my Phantom haven call me yet so i guess i might not have to hand over the bike today after all. I intend to be a good guy and give him a full tank...or should i? Hmmmm...

I'm so bored now...still left with 1.5 hours...tahan!!!

I got myself a new bike!

Can you believe it? I got myself a new bike. It’ll be my last day riding the Phantom today or tomorrow. Don’t scold me don’t flame me I’m not fickle. I promise I’ll stick to this bike till I get my class 2 then I’ll upgrade to the Suzuki Burgman 650 hehe. Anyway here’s some pictures of new new baby...

I chose red colour because i find that it looks sportier hehe. Anyway sad to say byebye to my Phantom...it has served me well...Keeping me punctual for appointments, work, school etc and most importantly keeping me safe on the road. I hope my new bike can serve me as well or hopefully even better! Anyway here’s a last look at my phantom…byebye baby……HEHE

Midweek

Guess where i went yesterday after work, i went down to my bike shop to enquiry about how much will i have to top if i were to trade in my phantom for an Aprilia Atlantic. I was told i will need to come out with $1500 to push my bike back into the shop...that's ridiculous considering the $1000 downpayment i paid also...that means they bike is buying my bike back for only $2000 odd...no way. So i got myself a private buyer and might be selling soon, hope it goes through...

Didn't jog yesterday, not sure if i'll be doing it today too hehe. Met up with Sam for awhile after work because she was here to meet xiaowen and friends for some gathering. After she left to meet xiaowen i left too. I took the route at ROM there behind parkmall wanting to enter CTE, it was a very very stupid mistake. By taking that route i left the CBD area and to enter CTE via orchard i had to enter the CBD area for awhile again. I paid freaking $1 for nothing for that darn ERP.

Anyway the army sent me a letter yesterday asking me to go down 20th Nov to submit some documentation...wats up with weekdays...can't they put it on a weekend? Guess i'll just give them a call one of these days to change the date.

Have good news for everyone...more for myself actually. I started to use Kazaa again last night...downloaded a few songs. But a few new songs were screwed up...there were either distorted sounds or the song keeps repeating it's intro. Guess it's their new way of fighting piracy..apparently it's helping. I didn't get all the songs that i want but just some is enough........ : p

Hello

Went jogging again yesterday after work. Tried a new way of training taught by this guy in the bike forum. He told me to run 1 round and time myself..i did that...it was 1min 40secs. He told me to do this continously for 6 rounds resting for around 2 mins in between. And that's what i did yesterday..each round averaged 1 min 40 secs. If i can keep my pace like that for 6 rounds..i calculated total timing to be 10mins...cool..then i can get A...They also told me to eat a banana a few hours before jogging. It is supposed to help but i'm kinda lazy to go buy myself a banana everyday so i'll skip that 1st for now. Maybe only on the day of my Napfa test.

I was so bored last night i went out to clean my bike and decided i should go for a spin myself. I rode around the neighbourhood looking at other people's bike and even sat on a few hehe. It's nice riding at night because of the light traffic and also the cool fresh air. Wanted to go to the airport to look at planes but Sam didn't want to so i decided against going myself.

Work's boring today...my supervisor caught me playing solitaire today haha..die...Hope the day will get better..shall get back to work now...

Weekend's ending

Friday was the 25th month anniversary of Sam and me. I met her after work at City Hall and we went Shaw Centre's (Aka Lido) Crystal Jade to have our dinner. We wanted to catch a movie after that but just couldn't find a time slot and a nice movie. So in the end we went home after dinner.

I slept till 10+ the following day and met up with Pussy. We went to Sim Lim to tempt ourselves. In the end he bought nothing and i only bought an optical mouse, we've nearly curb this spendthrift problem of ours. I bought this microsoft mouse for $33 but i can claim back $10 from microsoft..so in the end it will cost me only $23...cheap stuff..i like! After that we went to a few shopping malls to look for my mum's birthday present. We tested the Osim products..the foot massager, back massager and of course the chair! It was super super super duper comfortable. It came complete with music and it must be one of the most enjoyable thing to do after a long day at work, school etc. I wish i could afford it...it's $5980...and this price is apparently only for this offer period. I will really want to get it for Mum, looks like i'd better wait a few more years. Met up with cheap slut aka kian after that and we walked around shopping. Wanted to catch a movie but just like the day before, we couldn't find a time slot and movie. We even got Mazi to catch Great World City for us but to no avail...all sold out.

So we went to Papa Joe beside Centrepoint to chill out and watch soccer. I ordered Mango Margarita while Puss and Kian ordered Barcadi Breezer and Hooch respectively. I felt a little dizzy after drinking a bit and decided not to finish the whole drink, so i think i was the one that jokingly suggested walking out without paying. And this was what we did! It was freaking scary at that point of time while walking away...but things became better after that. But deep inside my conscience hit me and i didn't feel good....but what the heck...who cares haha.

Planned to meet Fabien, Clarence, Senior, Gab and people at Jalan Kayu for supper at midnight because Fab just got himself a new bike...a honda SP. But we changed plans and went to Hotel Inter con instead. Before that i followed Puss to buy his new handphone from this guy at Hougang. The deal took nearly 1 hour and i got so restless i lay down on my bike and nearly fell asleep. By the time we reached Hotel Inter con it was already 1am and we chatted for around half an hour before leaving. Clarence and Gab came at the time when we were already waiting for the lift to go to the carpark..haha. But we didn't go home, we went to 1 kopitiam at Bishan to eat, drink and chit chat. By the time i got Puss home and reached home myself it was already 3.30am. What a long day.

And today (Sunday), i went to church as usual. After that we met up with Mazi and planned on going to the army market. I thought to myself since i will be passing by kian's house so why not go fetch him there on the way. He was sleeping and had to rush to meet me haha. I dropped him off at the army market and went Great world to fetch Sam. After that we met up with the rest again at Plaza Singapura. I bought this Aloe Vera juice with lime juice shit and i nearly puked! It was one of the worst drink i've ever sipped. It was so bitter my world inside collasped..apparently it's supposed to be like that. I couldn't believe Mazi actually finished it.

After that we went to Carrefour and i grabbed myself an Aloe Vera drink..i was so thirsty i opened it on the spot and started drinking...i wanted to get the bitter taste off my mouth. We walked and walked...i drank and drank...but while at the counter while paying i forgot to tell the cashier that she's supposed to scan that drink on my hand too! I only realised after we got out and Sam reminded me. I didn't bother going back to tell them. After awhile this staff came to us and asked if we paid for that aloe vera drink on my hand. We showed them the receipt which showed payment for 2 aloe vera drink and he said ok. HAHA! In fact we took 3 bottles and the one in my hand is one of them! OPPS I DID IT AGAIN! Not sure if they realised it after that but shopping became uncomfortable after that. But then again...who cares right. HAHA

Fri

Resumed jogging after work yesterday, i just can't believe it..my timing still remained at 12 minutes...how to improve by Sunday? Die lah...Anyway there was a women touch rugby tournament going on yesterday, the semi finals were between Raffles JC, St Andrews JC, Singapore American School and Singapore French school. The other JCs were eliminated..not sure how many took part but I saw Pioneer JC and Nanyang. Looking at them reminds me of my time in JC, how much I enjoyed those days, excluding the studies of course. It was especially fun in CJC and I think it's the of my most enjoyable schooling days of my life. We used to escape after recess to go Orchard together, play soccer, gather in class or the canteen to chit chat and poke fun at teachers. A pity it was a short 3 mths and my darn form teacher that time pissed me off so much that I refused to stay at CJC...all her darn fault. I can't remember what I did, but she called my mummy up and complained, what's up with that? Oh..i think it's because I missed too many lessons, but come on..it's the first 3 mths..i haven't had enough rest after the big Os and I wanted to have fun haha. In the end, I chose SAJC and I have to say it's one of the worse decision of my life. Although I did have fun there, I wasted 1 year of my life and while friends are getting out of army soon, I've yet to enter.

Shall not look back. Anyway after dinner I went on to fetch Sam to her auntie's place. On our way there past Geylang, we saw Henry...what coincidence. But we were on the road so we didn't stop. We also went Geylang Serai with nicole and walked around. It sure was crowded and I felt like I was in Malaysia haha. Anyway I think it's the first time in my life that I've been there and it sure was a new experience. I rode nicole's bicyle, it was really really really small, I'm sure people around were laughing inside...but who cares...at least I don't hehe.

We bought Putu Piring home, it was brown sugar wrapped with flour..something like the chinese's Kuei Tutu. I don't really like the Putu Piring but apparently Nicole love it. Played nicole's Pokemon monopoly, not really fun since they played with their own rule.

Finally it's Friday and it just feels good. Have lots of projects to hand in next year but I don't want to worry about those right now hehe.

THURS

Didn't jog yesterday...it was raining in the evening...and i still can't find my shoe covers..luckily my shoes didn't get wet. Went out after dinner to return VCDs i borrowed on friday.

This morning while riding to work, this Traffic police bike was riding alongside me for quite a distance...he's a real presence on the road..instilling fear into motorist's heart and force them to slow down. It was stressful riding with him but since i'm on a Phantom they don't usually bother to take a second look at you. You'll get extra attention however if you're on a sportsbike. You will have to ride real carefully and slowly or prepare to see the signal to stop over. Sportsbike also gets more attention during roadblocks..i'm glad i didn't get one..but that doesn't mean i won't get one wahaha.

This delivery man came to Bata today and guess what he asked me?

Him: "Are you from China?"
Me: "No"
Him: "Hong Kong?"
Me: "Nope"
Him: "Haha have anyone ask you these questions before?"
Me: "Haha no lah"

Do i really look like a Chinaman? That's an insult to me...coz i don't like Chinamen wahahaha. Don't like the way they speak, look, behave etc etc. HEHE.

Looking at the dark sky now..i think it's inevitable that it'll rain again this evening...wassup man...give me a break..

WED

I went jogging again last night, can’t believe it, my timing was 12mins again. I think Gold for Napfa is quite impossible now. Running 6 rounds is a short torture for me. I get all breathless and tired whenever running, and I will wish it’d be over soon.

My colleague just told me that Mr Bata would be coming to Singapore again for some major meeting. I don’t really care. Anyway I will be buying a pair of shoes from Bata before leaving, saw one pair I liked that day, shall buy it soon.

I went to eat Bhar chor mee at Amk’s S11 last night myself. Wanted to drink bubble tea too but they didn’t have pearls so I didn’t buy. I went home after that and watched infernal affairs 1…nice show…catch it if you haven.

Bored at work now as usual…

Tuesday

Although the reason of us going to orchard last night was to take a peep at the subaru impreza challenge, but an unexpected calamity befallen and they didn’t catch it. After rain cross sky calm…we left orchard at around 12+am...me and Sam went on and stopped by the road along orchard to take a quick look at the subaru impreza challenge. When we were there, 5 ppl were left and i think 2 were girls. Amazing women....very strong mentally and physically. They look quite pitiful compared to Jamie Yeo and Mark Richmond who were sitting comfortably on couches nearby. Although it was 12.30am, it was pretty packed there...mostly kaypos and probably friends and relatives of the contestants were there. It didn't feel like 12.30am on a Tuesday morning...a lot of skaters were still skating at the youth park...Singapore is just full of fortunate people...unlike me..i have to suffer in the office.

Actually i'm feeling good being in the office now...i just came back from Bata's warehouse in Tanjong Pagar Distripark. It was hot, stuffy, dirty, dusty etc etc..i spent my morning there and it was terrible...i sweat a lot..collected lots of dust and is aching all over carrying the old POS machines. Luckily the staffs there were friendly and helpful..a few uncles helped me and made my job easier.

I was there to clean off classified information from Bata’s old POS system. The machines were stacked up on pellets it’s quite heavy..i’m glad that I need not carry all 39 boxes of them…thank you uncles haha.

Oh ya there were 2 other TP students attached to Bata and they are working in the warehouse. I feel so fortunate..their job seems laborious, they were carrying boxes here and there. The only fun thing about working in the warehouse for me is the opportunity to drive the forklift I guess…but I doubt they will let me. I’m glad I’m back at my cosy air-conditioned office. I wish I had a bed…no bed also can…a mattress or sofa will do just fine…heeeeeeeeeee

8 more weeks left!

Yesterday was Henry's birthday. We went to Fish & co at Tampines Mall to eat. The staffs there even sang him their own birthday song....freaking funny...I think it was kinda embarrassing both for us and them, but we were giggling all the way.

I need to go down to the warehouse today...and i'm dressed in formal clothing..i forgot that they told me to dress down. Don't care lah...

Guess what...i lost my shoe cover. The cover i went rounds and rounds just to find if you remembered. Darn...i just can't remember where i left it...or was it stolen? Sigh......I'm so sleepy now....slept late last night...i want to sleep........

GIVE ME YOUR ATTENTION!

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen…can I do a short poll on myself? Am I an easier person to talk to online than face to face? Please leave your answer in my comment box below…just YES or NO will do…additional comments are welcomed though!

Friendster

Friendster suck big time. It's lagging like SHIT. It's getting from bad to worse. I hate going to the site now...although the idea of it is good and i did find some long lost friends, they don't have a good enough server to support this freaking big database. Or is it friendster's tactic of getting us to pay for subscription?

In conclusion, friendster sucks till they do something about their network. I’ve tried www.myspace.com and it’s equally as laggy. So what’s the point………

What a freaking freaking freaking long day!! (NC-16)

My gosh you will never believe what a sunday i had...it all started in the afternoon actually. In the morning i went with my family to visit my father's grave..it was All-souls day and we went to clean his grave. It has been a long time since i went there..really feeling unfilial. Anyway the catholic cemetery was freaking pack and it was really difficult to drive there..my sister's bf drove us there. We dropped by Clementi for a bite and then headed home. I took a short nap before Bernerd came to fetch me..he wanted to show me this marketing company that i can earn some extra money.

The company was located in Eunos and i was pretty skeptical of it all the way. He refused to tell me what the company was, what they sell and what i'm supposed to do. We reached at around 3pm and sat at the coffeeshop beside the building while waiting for his friend to come. Parking in between the building and the coffeeshop were lots of BMWs, SLK, CLK etc etc supposingly all owned by employees of the company. People as young as 19-21 owned cars of their own and supposingly paid for it themselves. In my mind i was thinking: "What the hell? Is this for real?" I felt that this was a con company and i believe i'm right.

Ok here's how the "marketing plan" works. There a 7 levels of distributions rights.

1. Ordinary Distributor
2. Trainee Distributor
3. Direct Distributor
4. C??? Distributor (Shit i forgot what is stands for)
5. Executive Distributor
6. District Manager
7. Senior District Manager

Each level had their own deserved percentage of commission and there's a link between some. For example, if Bernerd brings me in and i make a sale, Bernerd is entitled a small percentage of commission based on my sale. And if you have a really good record of sales, you are also entitled to a car incentive program where the company will let you choose a car model of your choice..pay the downpayment and give you a fixed sum of car funds to pay for installments, parking, petrol etc.

Everyone i spoke to today boasted about cars that they can own within 1 year...i wasn't impressed. Anyway at around 4pm, this senior distribution manager gave us a talk. He was a good speaker and had a pinch of humour in him. He explained clearly what the company does and how they multi-marketing shit works. I started to have a slightly positive thinking towards this shit...but not for long!

After the talk we waited while this other guy came to explain to me about the company's product. It was a magnetic quilt and supposingly can prevent cancer, high blood pressure, heart diseases, strokes etc etc. They even had ISO, doctor's certifications and customers' testimonial to prove it. The only turn off point is actually the price. One quilt for a single bed costed a $1500, a queen size $2300 while a King size costs $2700. What the shit right? From what i observed, they quilts are poorly made and was actually nothing special. Threads were coming out and the material was nothing extraordinary. It looks more like a product from China..but when i enquired..i was told it's made in USA (YA RIGHT I wasn't born yesterday).

However, i was seriously thinking of getting one for my mum....very seriously thinking. I wanted a week to consider...but they wouldn't allow it! They persuaded me for 3 whole damn hours that i it will be better that i got it tonight! Fuck! From becoming a potential salesman of theirs i became their potential customer! Fuck off! I told them i needed to consider but guessed how they responded.

SUMMARY
Them: "What are you still thinking about? What's in your mind now? Why are you still considering?"
Me: "I need to discuss this with my mum..morever i don't have that much money."
Them: "Frankly are you seriously thinking about getting it for your mum? Aren't you big enough to make your own decision? How much can you come out first? Don't tell your mum...she will surely discourage you from spending so much money."
Me: "Yes i'm seriously thinking of getting but i need 1 week to let me consider and probably raise more cash."
Them: "What are you still thinking about? Do you know that a lot of things can happen in 1 week? Touch wood something might just happen to your mum within this 1 week and you don't want to live to regret not getting it for her today right? Morever you can earn a lot of money within this 1 week!"
Me (in my heart): Fuck off don't curse my mum. And fuck off again...like real 1 week is a lot of time. You guys are just desperate for business.

Anyway they went on and on about how important this 1 week was until i got damn pek chek! I couldn't get rid of them! I wanted so much to just walk off but decided not to for fear of making bernerd embarrassed. By the time they finished it was already over 9.30pm...was there for more than 6 hours! What a waste of my time! Now they really ruined my sunday..from seriously thinking of buying...it became "don't crap anymore..i won't believe a word you say anymore". A customer will eventually come back and buy if the product is really that good...morever why must you fucking force me to buy tonight?! Not even 1 week of consideration?! Get outta here!

Sorry bernerd but i don't think i'm going back there again. The product is just too suspicious to even consider it. And i guess it's too late for me to dissuade you as you've already bought one from them. But since your parents like it i guess it's money well spent. Just be careful now, don't easily be persuaded to buy anything again...they are just blood suckers that is successful because they get business from people like us!

I don't believe something so wonderful in this world exist, such shortcuts to riches rarely last. If this is the way i'm going to get my car, i rather stick to my bike. Morever i don't think i can ever get along with the people there. They were mostly either foreigners from China, Malaysia etc or local ex-bengs...hate them.

What a freaking Sunday, i rather work in BATA! Oh ya and did i mention? Today is the first day that i didn't ride since i got my bike. Miss riding it...see you tomorrow morning darling...HEHEHEHEHE

What a saturday?

Sam stayed over at my house because her parents went for a cruise. So i had to wake up early to send her to work. After dropping her at her workplace..i went to Yio Chu Kang Stadium for my morning jog and excercise...improved by 50secs today...my 2.4 run was 12mins...dammit...i'm still considered damn unfit. Will strive harder! After excercise i went to Macdonalds to eat breakfast alone and read papers...felt quite good...it has been a long time since i've done that. I know you people are going to call me ah pek or what...but what the hell...it's quite enjoyable..peaceful and quiet moment all to myself.

After resting awhile at home..i went to fetch sam from work. We went to Chinatown to book our tour and pay the deposit. 1 of the places i hate to go in Singapore is Chinatown..i don't know why..but i just don't like going there. Anyway our tour will be on the 29th Dec and it will be 5days 4 nights...we extended 1 night for merely $20..not too bad a deal right? If you guys ever want to go on a holiday please check out B1 of People's Park Complex...there are loads and loads of travel agencies...all side by side...you will have a hard time differentiating them.

My colleague's wedding dinner is tonight and i was late hehe. Reached there at 8pm when i was supposed to be there by 7.30pm. But as usual the dinner didn't start at 7.30pm sharp and it wasn't significant that i was late. I was put onto a table of all females. They are a talkative, humourous and horny bunch! If you've seen what they did today you will laugh the crap out of your butt. They took 2 black mushrooms and one sea cucumber and placed them together in the shape of a penis...that's not all...they added some hair-like crackers to complete it...last but not least they dipped a little bit of honey dew milk onto the tip so that it looks like semen! WAHAHA now that's madness..but it's not all. Then they took 2 prawns (breast)..placed nuts on it (nipples)..a piece of mushroom (cunt)...and of coz not forgetting the "pubic hair" and honey dew milk! Anyway this bunch of mad women did it for a reason...they wanted to tease the newly wed couples. The guy had to eat the female organs on the plate. After that it was the bride's turn to eat. The groom sporting put the "penis" in front of his pants and stand on chair while the bride was supposed to eat it. That part was a big hype and everyone was laughing like mad. Then the bride's mum appeared and scolded the bride for doing that...after that everyone kept quiet and walked away haha. Throughout the dinner i was also not spared...they will tease me here and there..talking dirty and all. Then they will go: "control ah....don't go to the toilet ah..or else we know...HAHA"...then this woman sitting beside me will then check if mine's standing....hahaha I guess all woman will reach such a stage when they get really open about such things yeah. I was fine with everything..easy..laughing along the way..i even joined them for a drink after the dinner at some pub behind Papa Joe near centrepoint. Out of the 7 woman i joined, 3 of them drove...i was pretty amazed...they're only in their early 20s i guess. Anyway i was pretty bored while drinking with them...all they rattled was office politics...nothing i knew about since i'm always in my small little room of mine. I was so relieved when they finally decided to leave after 2 hours...i just got home and i'm sleepy. Oh ya did i mention that i forgot to give the Ang Bao to the newly wed? Can't blame me...it's the first wedding i've attended without my family around and i don't really know what to do. Do i give them the Ang Bao before or after the dinner?

Going to Borneo Motors tomorrow to ask questions on our FYP projects. Need to wake up early again...shall go take a rest now..good night

End of one week!

I've been distracted by bikes for awhile now...until this car got me back into cars....wow..it'll be my 1st car...I'll work hard!

Went to eat dinner with sam just now at the Boon Tong Kee Chicken Rice near her place...before that she went for some interview at Tanjong Pagar. While waiting for her it began to drizzle...and the CTE tunnel was like a suana! Freaking hot air all over! And what makes it worse? There was a huge jam! The cars were practically not moving! But luckily i'm riding and i squeezed through all! It was a bit scary...but quite ok.

Sam's at my place now...yakking on the phone..typical girls...and me...being a typical guy is sitting in front of my computer surfing chatting etc. What's new? Going to book our place for our Bangkok trip tomorrow...i guess that's the only thing i can look forward to now....this coming 8 weeks can be short..it can also be long..just want to get it over and done with. It's my colleague's wedding tomorrow and surprisingly she invited me too...i've no choice but to go...don't want to appear "dao"...haii got to prepare a $50 hongbao...it'll be an expensive dinner hehe.

Friday

Finally it’s Friday..still got 8 more Fridays to go before I say “bye bye” to Bata…”thank you for taking me as your intern..sorry for not contributing to your profits…hope to work with you again next time.” Haha

Went to meet Sam and Mw after work yesterday…bought this Belgian milk chocolate coated American nuts from Marks & Spencer…it’s quite nice..you guys can try it..i’m snacking on it while typing now..hehe

Anyway I know that Henry don’t read this blog…so we can openly discuss…what you people suggest we get for him on his birthday this coming Monday? Who is willing to share? Those that shared for Sham’s birthday present can step forward…Hehe…please leave your message in my chatterbox!

After Chris came, me and Sam left…wanted to go eat Punggol Nasi Lemak but Sam tricked me…she told me we could go to Chinatown to eat and also check on the travel agency…in the end we only had our dinner…Anyway while at the carpark yesterday I sat on someone’s Honda CBR…some kind of sportsbike...the riding position is really weird...uncomfortable and low. Those riding might get a hunchback over time, and their crotch area will definitely be injured when doing E-brake!

This morning while at the carpark of my workplace…I also sat on someone else’s BMW big MAMA bike…it is incredibly comfortable…the seat is a bit high but still managable..but I believe it’s quite hard maneuvering it in low speed (I’m sure it’s darn heavy) . HAHA beware of me next time if you own a bike...if it’s nice and something I’ve never tried before I might just sit on it without your permission!

Enquired my motortiam on how much I will have to come out if I were to change my Phantom to a X9 Evo…he told me at least $2300! GOSH! Looks like I can only dream about it for now. Now I’m thinking on how I’m going to spend the rest of my hours here…someone please entertain me…

Wednesday

Went jogging again after work yesterday....an improvement over the last time...jogged all the way without walking this time...but still got 12min 50secs! Dammit man what's wrong..i thought i ran quite fast already...anyway for those that don't know..i will need to run below 10mins to get A..Will be going down again today...hopefully there will be a 2mins improvement everytime hehe.

After jogging i went home for dinner. Then at around 9+ i went to sam's house to fetch her to go for a spin. We went to Mount Faber..it was pretty happening there...with pubs, bars and restaurants. The sight was good but i think it will be better if we went during the day. On our way up the hill there was this big house along the road...if i didn't remember wrongly, my uncles told me that it was haunted..and many years ago while i was still very young (more than 10 years ago) we went in b4...don't really have a vivid impression of whats inside but i definately remember that outing...

After that we went to Kallang's KFC to grab a bite..i just had dinner and ate more...going to be a fat pig haha. By the time i fetched her home and reached home...it was already 12.15am. What a night..at least it was fulfilling..better than sitting at home and watching tv..surfing net (something i do at office everyday) and sleeping...hehe
