Bar Hopping

Met up with Puss and Bernerd yesterday for dinner, we ate at Food Republic in Wisma Atria Shopping Centre. Its an interesting place, not the normal food courts around, and its really crowded, we had trouble looking for seats at first. And i saw a few familiar faces there too, jonathan leong from CTK and Jean from Hitachi. I had Ba Chor Mee which is pretty good i must say.

After that, Weijian met up with us outside Paragon and we decided we wanted to go somewhere for a drink. We ended up at the Singapore Visitor's Centre beside Centerpoint and took lots of brouchers. They have brouchers for almost everything! Makan Places, places of interests, night spots, clubs, chill out places you name it! I collected a pile myself which i intend to put in my car. The next time i run out of places to go, i can turn to them!

Waiting for Weijian outside Paragon

Some buskers performing outside Taka. Their music is smoothing and nice! They are selling their CDs there too. Go take a look!

Anyway we decided we will visit Eski Bar at Holland Village. On the way there, guess who i saw? Sun Yanzi! She was with 2 male caucasians. I might say she looked gorgeous at one glance, her complexion looks flawless. I regret not taking a closer look or even asking to take a picture with her! Stupid Weijian told me that they provide jackets there at Eski Bar, but they didn't! We were literally freezing inside! I didn't even have the mood to take order! We lasted for around 10 - 15 mins before as usual the weakest Pussy ran out of the room first. Fortunately, we haven ordered any drinks yet or else the waitress will be hopping mad!

Freezing Bar

Yes we can blow smoke in there

One last shot before we decided enough was enough

We then decided to visit Q Bar near the parliament house. Before we could even attempt to get it, Puss got rejected straight away because he was wearing berms. Anyway the age limit for guys is 26 years old! And i thought i was old! Stupid Bar, as if 23 year old males like us can't give them business!

We then ventured further to Boat Quay where we ended up in a boardgames cafe. We played Blokus, some reaction game i can't remember its name, truth or dare Jenga, carrom and eventually Game of life. Haven had this sort of fun since the last time i went to the boardgames cafe at Marine Parade nearly 1 year ago?

Posing with our game

Anyway its the start of the EPL season, there will be soccer for me to watch every week now! Tomorrow is my New Balance 10km run at Sentosa! Looking forward to it!
