2 weeks, 2 crazy nights, 2 birthdays

School restarted not too long ago, but this time with a different batch of classmates. Guess what 2 of my new classmates asked me the first time they spoke to me? "Are you Singaporean?" I apparently don't look and sound Singaporean to them. I look and sound either Indonesian or Malaysian to them. In which freaking way?! Anyway its not the first time I actually got such comments. I answered the same question during my first few days in Temasek Polytechnic 7 years ago too lol.

I've been clubbing the past 2 weekends, something really rare coz I haven done that for a damn long time already. It was powerhouse at St James last weekend, a nice get together with my good friends in church namely Eunice, Reloo and Fabien. Jackie, Horsey and gang was there too and it turned out to be a crazy fun night. My drinking abilities let me down yet again though. I got dizzy and flushed after only awhile and ended up having to sit down most of the night instead of dancing.

Round 2 happened on Friday night. This time to celebrate Sagah's 22th birthday at Double O. All of them went crazy that night, grabbing each other by the neck and forcing black label down each other's throats. Fortunately, I was smart enough to avoid the mayhem by hiding somewhere. So I managed to remain rather sober the whole night. But I did get flushed and dizzy yet again lah haha. Oh apparently, my friend saw Jeanette Aw there that night as well...I'm kinda sad I didn't bump into her lah hahaha.

Celebrated Puss's birthday during the week as well. He has finally jumped onto the quarter of a century ship together with the rest of us. His celebration wasn't all exactly grand, just something kinda impromptu. We ended up having dinner at Balestier's Boon Tong Kee and some btk before heading down to Dempsey's Ben & Jerrys.

Met up with Puss, Valencia and gang yesterday for dinner at this steamboat place call 2nd Mini Steamboat Delight in Novena. Its not a buffet style steamboat place, but we ended up having to pay $30 per person! We had like only beef, chicken, fish balls, crab sticks etc etc and we had to pay so much for it. Its one of the most bo hua meal that I've ever eaten. I've no idea how they still manage to draw the crowd after all these while. Its definitely gonna be my first and last time there!

After dinner, we went to the photo exhibition in Old School up Mount Sophia. Its a really nice place and there's a Timbre 3 there!

My other days have been boring. Much of it spent in camp of course, and also some studying here and there. I usually end off with a review of the movies that I've watched, but I didn't catch any the past 2 weeks. I wanna watch one!

I'm off to turtle mountain from today onwards in view of the coming examination and some damn exercise. I can look forward to the Deepavali long weekend though..I can't wait!
